How to Eat Your Way to Success and Change Your Life


INTRO 
LESS is a one-to-one coaching program enabling people to lose weight AND create success in their life. By following 5 key eating principles during this 30 day program, you develop the same eating habits that naturally thin people have.

CLIENT RESULTS 
I have been successful using this process with myself (I have gone from a size 16 back to a size 10 having spent my life on one diet after another). Clients who have been through the program have made breakthroughs in their lives such as creating a balanced lifestyle, enhancing family relationships, reducing stress, creating a new employment opportunity and developing a romantic relationship.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE 
The LESS program is 30 days long with 3 follow-up sessions. We talk by phone on 5 days each week for 20 minutes each day over 30 days. Each day you have about 10 - 15 minutes of actions or reflecting to do.

There is no counting calories, grams of fat, points; no measuring food or reading labels and no low-cal meals. The program is set up so there is no failure, only feedback; there are no "forbidden foods", you eat the food you enjoy and you learn to enjoy eating and life!


PROGRAM TOOLS 
The program is based on 5 common-sense tools:
1. I eat only when I am hungry
2. I eat when calm, relaxed, sitting
3. I focus on my food
4. I eat and drink only the things my body LOVES.
5. I stop before my body is full.

I introduce you to the tools on the second day and we work for the following 28 days to make using them a habit. After this program you will be able to manage your eating for your entire life!


PROGRAM FOCUS 
While the LESS Program format includes specific prescribed activities and techniques, I will assess your progress and share specific tools and techniques to help you overcome your individual challenges (and enlist your individual strengths). I focus on your individual needs and goals and adapt each coaching session to fit your lifestyle, include your passions, and create what you want in your body and your life.

TYPICAL CLIENTS
The majority of my LESS clients are professionals, business people and individuals with busy lifestyles who want to lose weight while enhancing their personal and professional skills. These clients have transformed their bodies as well as their lives by learning to satisfy their unmet needs instead of physically "feeding" them.

The beauty of the program is that not only do you lose weight but you learn skills, habits and tools to enable you to change other areas of your life. As one client said, "This program should not be called an eating program, it should be call a 'fix your life' program."

FEES 
The fee for this program to change your eating habits and your life range from $700 - $900 . The fee covers 9 hours of coaching and all phone charges.

Half the payment is due on Day 2 and half is due on Day 20. If, at any time during the 30 days, you feel you want to stop the program, I will refund the unused portion of your fee.


TOOLS
I recommend you purchase a journal to record your experiences and progress. This journal becomes a valuable reference when you complete the program.
